“I return here for city breaks. The staff were friendly and even gave currency tips on my first stay. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and a bar. Comfy bed and flat-screen TV, too. It's perfect for me.”

8.2Verified guest

“The staff were very friendly and service-minded. The lobby was nice, breakfast excellent for the price, and the rooms small but nicely designed.”

“Very clean and modern, as usual for Motel One. Staff were friendly and helpful.”

“Great price-performance ratio, and the rooms are beautifully designed with original furniture. The cozy atmosphere, especially the fake fireplace on the TV screen, was perfect for the cold, snowy weather. Breakfast was delicious with good variety and excellent coffee. The tram station is right outside. What really exceeded my expectations was the reception personnel: when one of us fell ill and we had to cut our trip short, the receptionist refunded the remaining nights. That kind gesture left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel. No faults at all.”

8.2Verified guest

“Easy access to Westbahnhof was great for our group. Comfortable rooms, and the 'buy Internet, get one breakfast free' offer was a nice touch.”

8.2Verified guest

“The staff were very helpful, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard.”
